The Parish is located near Southampton, Hampshire, in the Diocese of Winchester. 

Our Parish Church, dedicated to All Saints, dates from the 12th Century.

Fawley Festival of Poetry

Fawley Festival of Poetry – a poetry workshop and exhibition followed by refreshments and an evening of performance poetry featuring local talent in the atmospheric setting of Fawley Parish Church.


Saturday 20th of March, All Saints Church, Church Lane, Fawley.

4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Poetry workshop / exhibition assembled;
5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Refreshments available in church;
6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Festival performance.

The poetry exhibition will also be open in All Saints Church on Sunday 21st of March except during the advertised times of worship.

Concert programme for 2010
Lent Study Group 2010

This Lent there is an exciting opportunity to study an excellent Lent Course with members of all the local churches. The series of 5 meetings will take place on Wednesdays starting on 24th February. You can either join a group in the afternoon at The Blackfield Baptist Church or a group in the evening at Fawley Methodist Church.

 

In fact you could go in the afternoon one week and in the evening the following week.

 

In the afternoon there will be refreshments at

1:30p.m. for a 2:00-3:30p.m. group.


In the evening there will be refreshments at

7:00p.m. for a 7:30-9:00p.m. group.

 

We will be using the YORK LENT COURSE, ‘When I Survey’. For more information about the course visit www.yorkcourses.co.uk The course will be led by local church leaders.

on Saturdays From 2:30 p.m – 4:00 p.m.
If you like to chat, play cards or a boardgame, then come along to St Francis’ any Saturday afternoon and you will be made most welcome!
