Charity Cycle Ride from Lands’ End to John O’Groats
On 16th-30th June, Marlene Delauney’s husband Michael, is taking part in the above sponsored cycle ride with three friends. They will cycle 1,200 miles and have paid for all expenses themselves. They have decided that it would be a great opportunity to raise funds for Oakhaven Hospice, as almost everybody has had a family member, friend, colleague etc who has received the wonderful care from Oakhaven.
All sponsors and donations would be gratefully received. Marlene & Michael’s home number is 023 8089 2414 and Michael’s mobile number is 07776 043669 or please see Marlene if you can help.
Our Mission Statement
We are here to exercise the ministry of Jesus Christ in our own neighbourhood and to share in the wider ministry of the Church in the world. This ministry includes worship, prayer, fellowship, pastoral care, mission and service.
Our Mission Prayer
Lord, pour out upon us the gifts of your Holy Spirit, that we may live in love and joy and peace, sharing these blessings with those around us, as we journey Along the Way, to the glory of Your Name. Amen.
